Wired Kustoms is a labor of love. The company was founded by Marc Miller, a veteran of the United States Armed Forces, who left a successful 12 year medical career to do what he loves -- CAR AUDIO. Direct quote from Mr. Miller, "I always loved seeing how things worked within a automobile and wanted to further my knowledge base so I got a job working at a shop. Once I seen how the customers were not really being taken care of I knew one day I had to open up my own store. I needed to show people there were places that really did care. That's what we have shown over the years. I have a line i use that is boldly true, "too many places get too caught up in making money and forget about the customer". I didn't want to be one of those shops so at all cost we put the customer first and customer satisfaction ahead of all.
As a veteran-owned business, attention to detail is of utmost importance. The Wired Kustoms motto is:
"If you are going to do it, do it RIGHT."
If you follow us on social media, you already understand the special relationship between Wired Kustoms and its customers. They show us loyalty and love and we go the extra mile for each and every customer who walks through our doors. It really is a labor of love. It's not always about the money. We want to provide you with an outstanding product and we don't want you to break the bank to get it.
We will never sell a customer a piece of equipment they do not need. Many times we find ourself talking the customer out of spending more money because its not something they would truly benefit from. Many of our customers will attest that we strive very hard to do the right thing, every single time. Many stores will sell you items you don't need and/or equipment that shouldn't be paired up with what you already have. It will never happen here whatsoever!!! We have done builds for many celebrities and professional sports players simply based off word of mouth. This is very important to us. How our customers feel after we've taken their money.. I mean just think about it for a second, Wired Kustoms is out in the country in johnson county and has customers driving states away to get work done. This is a huge statement that their business model works and they do in fact put the customer first at all cost like Marc said earlier.
In 2016, a Wired Kustoms build placed 5th overall at World Finals hosted by USACI. Like every one of our builds, we put our heart and soul into that build. We will do the same for you.
We have 3 ON SITE demo vehicles to show off our product while you visit our location. One big SPL build in a 2006 Ford F-250, r and a SQL related in a 2020 Chevy Silverado and last but not least a Corvette strictly built for Sound quality featuring Morel equipment.
WARRANTY WITH US! We all understand how important a warranty is. With WK every single customer that has got work done with us gets to hear us say "No matter if you are in warranty or not, were still going to help you not matter what". We feel no matter what were here to help in every single aspect of what we do. We are absolutely not like the majority of shops. Most are quite honestly only worried about their bottom dollar. We are here to create a lifelong relationship with you, not just sell you something.
